The Guppyfriend washing bag is a filtering solution that prevents synthetic microfibre pollution during the laundry. Created by German non-profit organisation STOP! Micro Waste, the bag collects shredded fibres from synthetic textiles during machine washing, keeping them from being rinsed down the drain. It also reduces friction, preventing the shredding of fibres and extending the life span of clothing. HOW TO USE1. Put synthetic textiles in the Guppyfriend bag. For optimal washing, the bag should only be half full.2. Close the bag and wash as usual. 3. After washing, take out the wet textiles from the bag.4. The released microfibers will have accumulated at the hems and corners in the interior of the bag. Collect them and dispose them properly. Measurements: 50 cm x 74 cm
